Book a Service
Please use the form below to book your E-Motor in for inspection, service or repair. Due to the time, expertise and specialist equipment needed to test, diagnose and inspect your E-Motor, we require an initial payment before accepting any E-Motors for service or repair.
This payment covers the inspection and return postage costs (where applicable).
We will need to inspect your motor before we can give you an estimate for repair and/or service.
Once we have inspected your E-Motor we will provide you with a no-obligation estimate.
You can choose to:
- Go ahead with the work recommended,
- only complete the work you have asked us to do,
- or we can reassemble and return your motor to you.
If you are unsure if we can service your electric bike motor, please get in touch first. We can not refund payments once E-Bike Motors are sent to us or if a booking has been made in error.
Should you choose to complete the work we recommend, then the initial inspection fee and shipping costs are deducted from your final bill.
After submitting your booking, you will then be given shipping instructions.
We DO NOT service electric motors that are still covered by their original manufacturers’ warranty!

ATTENTION
Before booking please be aware there is currently approximately a 3 week wait between motors arriving and being returned. We are working on this timescale as quick as we can so please bare with us.
